We're currently building a multi-tenant insurance claim management platform for a client in the claims industry. The platform allows independent adjusting firms and individual appraisers to manage their full claim workflows — intake, assignment, documentation, status tracking, and resolution.
The multi-tenant model means each firm operates in its own isolated workspace, with its own users and claim data.
